At Sergey Morozov Arts, each painting is carefully packaged and shipped from Ramat Gan, Israel, to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
We ship worldwide and do our best to make the delivery process smooth and transparent for every customer.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Each painting is carefully prepared and packaged within a couple of days after payment is received.
Once your order is packed, it will be shipped via a trusted carrier.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Europe 7–14 business days
North America 10–21 business days
Asia & Australia 14–28 business days
Other regions 14–30 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted international carriers such as Israel Post, FedEx, UPS, or DHL (depending on your location and order size).
The specific shipping method will be chosen to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Package size and weight
Selected shipping method
In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
5. International Shipping
We ship paintings worldwide.
However, please note:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Packaging
Every painting is packaged with care to ensure safe arrival:
Paintings on canvas are securely wrapped and protected with multiple layers.
Framed artworks are reinforced with corner guards and cushioning.
Smaller works may be shipped in flat rigid mailers or tubes, depending on the medium and size.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately (see section 9 below).
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.
If tracking is unavailable for your destination, we will inform you in advance.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
However, if your painting is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging and the damaged item
We will work with you to resolve the issue — either through replacement (if applicable) or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately before the order ships.
