1. Overview

At Sergey Morozov Arts, we take pride in creating original oil paintings and ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
Due to the unique nature of each artwork, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Returns

  • Original artworks cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference.

  • Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a full refund.

  • If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

We will review your case and issue a refund if the item was confirmed damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items, after we confirm the issue.

  • Once the damage is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You do not need to return the damaged artwork; simply provide photographic evidence.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Original artworks for reasons of personal preference

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Change of mind or preference
